Rent

All rent is payable monthly in advance by standing order / direct debit to Nice Lets. You will be responsible ( Unless we agree to variations in writing ) for all other bills which include Water, Gas / Electric, Council Tax, TV License, and phone bills.

Deposit

One months rent is normally required as a deposit to be paid in advance of moving in. Your deposit is protected through Mydeposit.co.uk which is regulated by the tenancy deposit protection.

Safety

ALL Nice Lets properties have hard wired fire and smoke alarms fitted as standard offering you peace of mind.

All properties have an annual gas safety check carried out by a gas safe engineer who will issue a certificate (where appropriate) to ensure we maintain our high standards.
